Drag appointments with confidence — your arrival windows are now visible as guidelines right on the calendar.
Why This Is a Game-Changer
Arrival intervals tell customers a time window instead of an exact start time. Until now, those windows lived mainly in booking and communications. Now you can show them visually in the calendar while you plan and move appointments.
What You Get
How It Works
Once arrival intervals are set up, turn on the calendar overlay in three steps:
-
Open Calendar options — click the calendar icon with the gear in the calendar header.
-
Find Intervals under View options and choose your interval set (for example Default), instead of None.
-
See the lines on the grid — interval boundaries appear as dashed guidelines, so you can move appointments within the right windows.
Where to Find It
In the calendar, open Calendar options (calendar icon with gear) → View options → Intervals. Arrival interval sets themselves are still managed under Calendar settings, as described in the earlier blog and Help Center guide.
