Arrival intervals — show customers a time window, not an exact time

Define fixed arrival time windows with custom labels — customers see "Morning 10:00–11:30" instead of exact start times. Set up multiple interval sets and assign each to its own booking form.

Arrival intervals — show customers a time window, not an exact time

With arrival intervals, you define the time windows you want — and customers see a clean label like "10:00 – 11:30" instead of a specific start time.

Why this is a game-changer

Not every service benefits from showing the exact booking time. Sometimes a 2-hour arrival window is more practical — for the customer and for your team. Arrival intervals let you control exactly which windows exist and what they're called.

What you get

How it works

  1. Create an arrival interval set in Calendar settings. Choose how many intervals per day and drag the timeline to set the boundaries.

  2. Label each interval — enter the text customers will see, for example Morning 10:00 – 11:30 or Afternoon.

  3. Enable it on your booking form — go to Slots, set Use arrival intervals to Yes, and pick your set. Done.

Where to find it

Arrival interval sets are managed under Calendar settings → Arrival Intervals. The booking form setting is under Slots → Use arrival intervals.
