Hubhus now supports OAuth — secure API connections with zero token management
You can now connect Hubhus to any OAuth 2.0-protected external API — and Hubhus handles every access token automatically, so expired tokens are never your problem again. This applies to outgoing HTTP request templates from Hubhus to third-party services. The Hubhus API itself does not support OAuth.
Why this is a game-changer
Until now, connecting Hubhus to APIs that use short-lived tokens required manual workarounds — refreshing credentials, updating request templates, and hoping nothing broke overnight. With the new Connections feature, that's gone.
What you get
How it works
-
Create a connection — give it a name, choose your auth type, and enter your credentials. For OAuth 2.0, just paste the Token URL, Client ID, and Client secret.
-
Select it on your HTTP requests — pick the connection under Connection / Authentication on each request template. No Authorization header needed.
-
Done — Hubhus authenticates every request automatically from here on. If credentials ever change, update the connection once and all linked requests are updated instantly.
Where to find it
Connections are available under Account → Integrations & API → Connections. Create as many connections as you need — one per external service is recommended for easy management.
